7 Zip 64 Bit is the gold standard when it comes to file compression and extraction. Other than RAR and ZIP files, 7 Zip supports almost every other compression file format including 7z, ISO, MSI, and many, many more. Due to this versatility, 7 Zip is recommended more often than WinRAR. 7 Zip is also good for more than just compressing and unpacking files, it can also be used to encrypt files with the strong industry-standard AES-256 encryption, which can include encrypting file names and protecting files with passwords.
